Topxgun has a complete service system, which is a closed-loop service covering technical training, after-sales support, spare parts supply, customer care, equipment maintenance, and software updates.

Topxgun has more than 20 experienced trainers, including more than 10 for overseas, providing professional training service to global users. By taking Topxgun training course, users can learn knowledge and skills about basic flight operation, safety rules, multiple applications and agricultural knowledge. This course aims to ensure every user can get started quickly, operate in a standard manner, and improve the average skill level of the pilots.

Topxgun has trained altogether 20,000+ person/times, of which 2,000+ trainers and 10,000+ pilots successfully passed the exam and obtained training certificates.

There are two types of training: trainer training and pilot training. All dealers must attend trainer training; all end users must attend pilot training. Trainer training is carried out online by Topxgun , and pilot training is carried out by dealers.

There are two ways of training: self-study of video tutorials and online courses. For details, please refer to the specific learning material. When trainees conduct self-study of video tutorials, they can learn to operate according to the video. If they have any questions during the study, they can contact the trainer. For the online course，the trainer and the trainee can interact and communicate face-to-face on the live platform. For an online interactive training, trainees usually conduct video self-study first, and then attend online course. In this way the whole training is more effective.

1. Training Instructions

1.1 Training length

Trainer training is a 3-day off-the-job training, which can be adjusted to suit the learning ability of the trainees;

The pilot training is a 2-day training, which needs to be adjusted according to the training method, weather, number and the learning ability of the trainees.

1.2 Training costs

1.2.1. The training fee for trainer training is 2499RMB/person， payable to Topxgun.

1.2.2 The registration fee for pilot training is 1499RMB/person, payable to the dealer who provide the actual training.

1.4.1. Trainee should prepare a full set of equipment by themselves.

1.4.2. Trainees should prepare the model of drone according to the training course they registered. Use another model of drone to replace the drone required for training and practise is not allowed and may lead to fail to pass the exam. Enough equipment should be prepared to ensure there is at least 1 set for every 5 trainees.Other necessary training tools should be prepared.

1.4.3. For maintenance and repair training, only use the model which is required by the course (no substitute is allowed).  Enough equipment should be prepared to ensure there is at least 1 set for every 5 trainees.Other necessary training tools and should be prepared.

1.4.4. Each set of teaching equipment includes: 1 drone, 4 batteries, 1 charger, 1 remote controller, etc. Label all the equipment and tools to prevent loss.

1.4.5. Prepare some road cones (if road cone is not available, use flags instead) , which are used for mapping, basic flight practice and as braking points.

1.4.6. Prepare landing pad for take-off and landing training.

1.4.7. Road barrier, isolation belts, trailers, canopy and other materials.

3. Online Training

Dealers need to apply for online training at least one week in advance and submit the "Online Training Application Form". After the application form is received and reviews by Topxgun, online training will be arranged. Through real-time online training and interaction, users can solve problems and get the help they need in a faster and more direct way.

3.1. Submit the online training application form to the corresponding Topxgun sales manager.

3.2. Live video conference tool: ZOOM(https://zoom.us/) is the default online training tool. If dealer would like to used another tool, they can negotiate with Topxgun in advance.

3.3. A full set of drone equipment for training needs to be prepared before the online training.

3.4. Please concentrate on the training and do not interrupt the training.

4. Video Self-study

Topxgun has uploaded all operation, maintenance and other tutorial videos on the official website and YouTube Topxgun channel(https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCv1gkRGP_HNV_wfzghA6b_w).

There are 3 types of videos: operation and use tutorials, maintenance tutorials, and agricultural mini tutorial. Trainees can download or watch online.

5. Certificate Issue

5.1 Certificate Description

After the trainer training is completed, Topxgun will issue the trainer's certificate of completion. After users have passed the pilot training offered by dealers, the dealer can apply for pilot certificate on behalf of the trainees and issue to trainees.

The certificate is only used to prove that the training of the corresponding course has been completed.

The certificate is an electronic certificate.

5.2 Information needed to make certificates

After the pilot training, the following information needs to be sent to Topxgun for archiving and certification:

5.2.1. A clear photo of the front of the ID card, especially the portrait photo, should be clear and in jpg or png format.

5.2.2 "Topxgun Training Attendance Form"

5.2.3. The pilot’s Plant Protection Assistant APP Account name

6. Certificate Renewal

6.1 Certificate validity period

All new certificates are valid for 5 years from the date of payment of the certificate fee. Renewal certificates are valid for 5 years.

6.2 How to renewal

Renewal requirements for the pilot's certificate:

the operation area must be at least 200 mu(13.33 hectare) and the operation time should be at least 5 hours within the validity period;

Renewal requirements for trainer’s certificate: It is necessary to meet the requirements of training no less than 5 trainees and 10 hours of flight time within the validity period;

The renewal fee is 100 RMB/certificate.
